A focused working session that cuts through what self-reflection, strategy docs, and good intentions alone couldn't quite crack — and leaves you with something real to show for your day.
The Intensive is a dedicated working session — just you and me — built around your most pressing challenge. Maybe it's your messaging, your offer, your positioning, your sales approach... or honestly, all of the above. We go deep, we move fast, and you leave with something concrete and genuinely yours.
No homework you won't finish. No waiting two weeks for the next session. Just a real, focused conversation and an actual outcome — in one good day. Pour yourself something strong and I'll see you there.
"I've worked with clients who cracked in one day what they'd been stuck on for two years. It's not magic — it's just what happens when you give one problem your full, undivided attention."
You're good at what you do — the problem is translating it into words that make the right people immediately think, "yes, that's exactly what I need."
A new offer, a rebrand, a sales page. You need clear eyes and the right words before any of it goes in front of people.
Sometimes being too close to your own work is the whole problem. A fresh, focused perspective can cut through what months of going it alone couldn't.
The 3-month container isn't the right fit for everyone right now — and that's completely okay. The Intensive gives you access to the same depth of thinking, in one self-contained session.
You're done thinking about it. You want to decide — your positioning, your niche, your offer, your direction — and actually start moving.
A lot of clients start with an Intensive before stepping into the 3-month container — it's a really natural way to see how we work together before a longer commitment.
Before we meet, you'll fill out a detailed questionnaire about your business, your goals, and the specific challenge you want to work through. This is what lets me arrive already prepared and oriented — so we can skip the warm-up and get straight into it.
Sent 5 days beforeYour session — either 90 minutes or a full 3-hour deep dive, together on Zoom. We work through your challenge with total focus and no interruptions: strategy, messaging, mindset, positioning, offer design, or whatever combination your session is built around.
The intensive itselfBy the next morning, you'll have a written summary of everything we covered — your key decisions, your breakthroughs, and any copy, frameworks, or materials we built together during the session. Something concrete to take forward.
In your inbox next dayImplementation questions, small things that come up, a gut-check before you hit publish — for two weeks after your Intensive, you have direct email access to me for whatever you need as you start putting things into motion.
2-week follow-up windowThe real cost of being unclear isn't just wasted content or underpriced offers — it's the time. Months of circling the same questions, second-guessing yourself, starting and stopping. One really good day can change all of that.
A lot of clients end up moving into the 3-month container after their Intensive — and if that's you, the fee is fully credited toward your investment as long as you make the move within 30 days.
More than you might expect. With solid prep and zero warm-up time, we move fast. Most common outcomes: a clarified niche and core message, a redesigned offer, a positioning statement and bio, a content strategy, or a full launch plan. Some people come with one specific thing to crack open. Others come ready to map the whole picture. Both work beautifully.
A regular coaching session is 60 minutes inside a longer engagement. The Intensive is its own thing — a compressed, high-output strategy session built entirely around your one challenge. No other context needed. It's for people who are ready to move, without needing a longer commitment first.
Nope — the prep questionnaire gives me everything I need to show up ready. That said, if you've already done foundational brand work, we often get to skip straight to the nuanced stuff, which is my favorite.
Yes — and many clients do If you decide to move into the 3-month container within 30 days of your Intensive, your investment is credited in full. It often serves as a natural first step.
