1:1 Intensive

The kind of clarity
that usually takes months.

A focused working session that cuts through what self-reflection, strategy docs, and good intentions couldn't — and leaves you with something real to show for it.

What This Is

This is what it looks like when nothing gets in the way.

The Intensive is a dedicated working session — just you and Ashley — built around your most pressing challenge. Whether that's your messaging, your offer, your positioning, your sales approach, or all of the above: we go deep, we go fast, and you leave with something concrete.

No homework you won't do. No waiting weeks for the next session. Just a clear-eyed conversation and a real outcome, in a single focused session.

"I've worked with clients who cracked in one day what they'd been stuck on for two years. That's not magic — it's just what happens when you give one problem your full, undivided attention."

Is This Right For You?

The Intensive works best when you have a specific thing to crack.

You know what you offer but can't articulate it

You're good at what you do. The problem is explaining it clearly enough that the right people immediately recognize themselves in it.

You're launching something and need it to land

A new offer, a rebrand, a sales page. You need clear eyes and clear words before you put it in front of people.

You've hit a wall you can't think your way through

Sometimes being too close to your own work is the problem. A focused outside perspective cuts through what months of self-reflection couldn't.

You want support without a long commitment

The 3-month container isn't right for everyone right now. The Intensive gives you access to the same depth of work — in a single, contained session.

You're ready to move and need a decision

You don't want to think more. You want to decide — your positioning, your niche, your offer, your path — and start executing.

You want to try working together first

Many clients begin with an Intensive before moving into the 3-month container. It's a natural way to see if we're a fit before a longer commitment.

here's how the day unfolds
The Process

Focused. Fast. Yours to keep.

Step 01

Pre-Intensive prep questionnaire

Before we meet, you'll fill out a detailed questionnaire about your business, your goals, and the specific challenge you want to crack. This lets Ashley arrive prepared — no warming up time, no explaining from scratch.

Step 02

Deep-dive working session

Your strategy session — either 90 minutes or a full 3-hour deep dive — together via Zoom. We work through your challenge with full focus: strategy, messaging, mindset, positioning, offer design, or whatever your session is built around.

Step 03

Next-day summary + deliverables

By the next morning, you'll have a written summary of everything we covered, your key decisions and breakthroughs, and any copy, frameworks, or materials we created together during the session.

Step 04

Two weeks of follow-up email access

Implementation questions. Small things that come up. A gut-check before you hit publish. For two weeks after your Intensive, you have direct email access to Ashley for continued support.

The Investment

One day that pays for itself — in clarity alone.

Most of the cost of being unclear isn't the wasted content or the undercharged offers — it's the time. Months of circling the same questions. One good day can end that.

Many clients apply the Intensive toward longer-term coaching. If you move into the 3-month container within 30 days, your Intensive fee is credited toward your investment.

Questions

A few things people often ask.

What can we actually cover in one day?

More than you'd expect. With focused preparation and no agenda-setting time, we can move very fast. Most common outcomes: a clarified niche and core message, a redesigned offer, a positioning statement and bio, a content strategy, or a launch plan. Some clients come with one specific thing to crack. Others come ready to map the whole picture. Both work.

How is this different from a regular coaching session?

A standard coaching session is 60 minutes within a longer container. An Intensive is a compressed, high-output strategy session with no other context needed — we begin and end with your one thing. It's designed for people who need to move quickly, without a longer commitment.

Do I need to have done BWP or other prep work?

No. The prep questionnaire is everything Ashley needs to arrive prepared. That said, clients who've done foundational work often get even more out of the day — because we can go straight to the nuanced stuff.

Can I upgrade to the 3-month container after?

Yes, and many clients do. If you decide to move into the 3-month container within 30 days of your Intensive, your investment is credited in full. It often serves as a natural first step.

How do I apply?

Fill out the short application. Ashley reviews all applications personally and will reach out within 2–3 business days to schedule a brief call or confirm directly. If there's a fit, you'll receive booking details from there.

The application takes five minutes. Ashley reviews each one personally and only takes on Intensives she knows she can genuinely serve.
